Touchpaper has been nominated as a Strong Performer in both the small and large enterprise categories of the recent "Forrester Wave™: Service Desk Management Tools, Q1 2006" report, published on 17th February this year. The objective of the report by Forrester, one of the world's leading technology and market research organisations, was to assess the state of the service desk management tools market. Forrester evaluated the world's top service desk management tool vendors across 80 criteria.


Touchpaper is cited as having "good architecture, good processes" with "strong service desk tool capabilities".
